2. Choose Monogram Color from the drop down box.
3. In Personalization section leave monogramming information and font choice. If you dont leave all this information it can delay your shipping time. If we cant get in touch with you, we will ship your items without personalization. Make sure to check your Etsy messages, thats how we will contact you with questions.
4. Check Delivery dates- If you need items by a certain date, please message us BEFORE purchasing for a faster shipping option.

Shipping on all items will be USPS First Class/Ground Advantage. We use 2-4 day shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, we can only guarantee the day that it will be shipped. If a lost or stolen package is a concern for you, please purchase the Priority Shipping option. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Personalized items are not eligible for Return. If the mistake is on us, we will gladly correct the item and ship back to you. Please message us with any issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
